You may be wondering how taking a career assessment can help. When individuals want assistance in choosing a career, the Strong Interest Inventory provides a summary of basic interest scales, descriptions of personal work style and a list of specific occupations that might interest the student. The Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) provides a summary of results, including the effects of preference on career choice with the 50 most popular and 25 least popular occupations for the reported type.
The Strong Interest Inventory is designed to help you learn about your interests and how they compare to people who enjoy working in a variety of occupations.
