The Department of Campus Recreation & Wellness

In an attempt to fulfill the needs of the physical  dimension of Wellness, campus recreation has launched a series of drop-in classes for students, faculty, and staff. These classes are taught by certified instructors, and the drop-in feature allows individuals to participate when they can. Come every day, come once a week, or once a month -- it's your choice! Best of all, they're FREE for students, faculty, and staff!
Aerobics Class

Safety is always our number one priority. To ensure that our wellness activities continue to be popular and exciting alternatives to your schedule, we ask that you comply with the following:

Class Guidelines
Classes taught by a certified instructor. ID checks will be in effect.
Instructors and/or class times are subject to change. Minimum of five participants per class.
Please bring a towel. Participants must sign in.
No one is permitted to enter any class after the schedule starting time. Classes marked with a * are ISR offerings. Priority is given to enrolled students.
All participants must adhere to all policies and procedures that are specified to the activity and the facility.

If you have any questions about our classes, please contact Catalina Franco-Cicero, Wellness Coordinator at 305-899-4064. Our instructors will also usually be available after class for questions. Ask us! We are here for you.
