Orientation Information

An upper division student shares some tips with a new student during orientation. The School of Law features an extended orientation each year for the entering class to better prepare them for the first semester.

Orientation begins Monday, August 18, 2008 for both the Full Time and Part Time divisions and will run through Wednesday, August 20, 2008. Full Time day students will attend the orientation program during the day, and Part Time evening students will attend an evening orientation. Thursday, August 21 and Friday, August 22 will be free days for students to buy books, set up laptops, and prepare for the first day of class (yes, there are assignments!). The orientation agenda will be available in late June and will be posted as a PDF document on the website under the "admitted students" section. Until then, please mark those dates on your calendar as this program is mandatory.
