This 30-hour training in Case Management is for staff of Early Childhood Education, Child Development Services, Head Start and Early Head Start Programs.

- Theory and Practice of Interpersonal Communication
- Understanding Networking and Community Partnerships;
- Record-Keeping and Documentation to ensure compliance with agency and federal guidelines.

- Case Management Models for Practice,
- Effective, appropriate and timely communication with families, staff, and external sources.
- Building and maintaining Community Partnerships.
- Documentation and record-keeping,
- Organization and confidentiality of files;
- Referrals and documentation of case notes.
