*** PBCPMA members who registered for the conference and do not cancel by July 30, 2021 will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

An alternate attendee from the same organization may be substituted at any time prior to the conference start with no penalty. However, if the original attendee is an active member (APMA and FPMA) and the alternate is not, the difference in member/non-member rate must be paid at the time of substitution. 

Once a registration is made, it is considered final. Refunds will not be granted for no-shows.

At the conclusion of the seminar, Physicians will be able to:

  • Properly diagnose gout and apply appropriate treatments
  • Identify complex Charcot deformity and surgically treat that deformity
  • Diagnose Equinus and treat conservatively and surgically
  • Demonstrate competence in various surgical procedures for complicated foot and ankle conditions such as failed ankle replacement implants, Freiberg’s disease, and posterior malleolus fractures.
  • Demonstrate the basic principles for performing lower extremity skin Biopsies
  • Diagnose venous insufficiency wounds and related treatment options
  • Properly diagnose and treat posterior tibial tendon pathologies
  • Understanding the future direction of wound healing
  • Demonstrate the basic principles of wounds and timing of biopsies to avoid missed cancerous lesions
  • Demonstrate basic principles of arthrodesis and non-arthrodesis approach to Forefoot and flatfoot pathologies.

Cancellation Policy

Requests received by August 4, 2018: A full refund will be provided for all cancellations.

After August 4, 2018: No refunds will be provided. Exceptions will be considered for extenuating circumstances only, such as medical issues or a death in the family.

An alternate attendee from the same organization may be substituted at any time prior to the conference start with no penalty. However, if the original attendee is an active member (APMA and FPMA) and the alternate is not, the difference in member/non-member rate must be paid at the time of substitution.

Once a registration is made, it is considered final. Refunds will not be granted for no-shows.

Refunds less a $50 processing fee will be given when written notification is received by January 31, 2018. No refunds will be given for no-shows. BUSPM reserves the right to cancel the seminar up to two weeks prior to the start date of the seminar. At no time will BUSPM be responsible for any other cost that may have been incurred by the registrant.
