  • Presentation of the course. 
  • Anatomical identification of noble structures in general and specifically in the first radius and triphalangeal fingers. 
  • Anesthetic techniques according to pathology: first finger, triphalangeal fingers, metatarsal and posterior tibial area. 

10:30 am – 11:00 am

  • Break 

11:00 am – 1:30 pm  

  • Definitive resolution interdigital helomas (distal, proximal) 
  • Definitive resolution heloma on the back of the fifth finger. 
  • Surgery of the nail apparatus. 
  • Definitive resolution of subungual exostoses. 
  • Definitive resolution of chondroma and osteochondroma. 
  • Definitive resolution IPK, PLANTAR WART. Technique on soft parts.  

1:30 pm – 2:30 pm

  • Lunch 

2:30 pm – 7:00 pm

  • Definitive resolution of flexible triphalangeal finger deformities. Tenotomies and capsulotomies. 
  • Definitive resolution of rigid middle fingers deformities. 
  • Synovitis treatment, Sd. Predislocation of the plantar plate of the second mtt-f joint. 

Thursday, March 9th 2024 

9:00 am 1:30 pm 

  • HAV MIS Surgery Wilson- Quiros AKIN 
  • MIS elevator osteotomy - weil 
  • Fasciotomy 

1:30 pm – 2:30 pm

  • Lunch 

2:30 pm - 6:30 pm

  • Infiltrations of NSAIDs and Hyaluronic Acid. 
  • Physiological cure through hyaluronic acid. 
  • bandages. 

6:30 pm

  • Closing and delivery of Diplomas
