Biography

Dr. Lee’s scholarly work and interests include situation awareness, simulation, and the non-technical skills of anesthesiology that promote patient safety.  She is passionate about the quality of blended distance learning modalties for student registered nurse anesthetists and believes all nurse anesthetists should be practicing at the fullest extent of their knowledge and skill sets.

While a full time practicing nurse anesthetist, Dr. Lee was the Clinical Coordinator and Facilitator for student nurse anesthetists from the Adventist University in central Florida.  During this time, she was tasked with mentoring students that required clinical remediation.

In addition to program administration responsibilities,  Dr. Lee continues to practice clinical nurse anesthesia at various community hospitals and university hospital systems throughout Central and South Florida.  She currently provides anesthesia services at Bascom Palmer Eye Institute University of Miami Health System of Palm Beach Gardens.
