Responsible for New Vendor screening and compliance process; updates Colleague vendor files; investigates and reports on vendor and internal customer inquiries; oversees work order system for special projects; process construction related contracts, master service agreements and credit applications; coordinates construction and renovation projects based on Master Service Agreement Threshold; monitors daily voucher reports, outstanding purchase orders, approved requisitions and requisitions without vendors for annual report; supervises Facilities project completion report; manages department Web development; implement, update and improve Facilities Policies & Procedures.
