Biography

Faith Acfalle has a focus on inclusive leadership and capacity building at Barry University and the nearby La Paloma neighborhood through the AmeriCorps Volunteers In Service To America (VISTA) program. As an unincorporated Miami Dade county Faith designs new support and volunteer structures with the goal of reducing generational poverty through educational, college access, and diversity training programs in partnership with Title I K-12 schools in the immediate area surrounding the campus. Faith grew up in a military family traveling the world which led to her deep passion for culture awareness and a strong concern for societal inclusivity.
