Biography

Katya completed Brain-based Coaching training through the Neuroleadership Institute and holds the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coach Federation (ICF). She is an Associate Professor and the program director of the graduate program in Human Resource Development at Barry University. She also holds Hermann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI) and Extended DISC certifications. Katya has partnered with numerous organizations to develop leaders using scientific research. She has provided executive coaching and leadership development solutions to national industry-leading companies in homebuilding, healthcare, financial services, and fashion, including the Lennar Corporation, Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center, Ladenburg Thalmann, and Peace, Love, World. Katya utilizes a neuroscience-based methodology and Results Coaching System to co-create exceptional outcomes with her clients. Relying on recent discoveries from the brain science, Katya has helped many leaders crystalize their personal vision, move closer to realizing it, and make meaningful and sustainable changes in their lives and organizations.
