Loubna’s expertise as an executive coach and organizational development leader has positioned her as a value-added resource for leaders in today’s unpredictable business environment. Her extensive career of 20+ years has been dedicated to posturing leaders and teams for success through sustainable organizational change. As a thought leader in the coaching industry, Loubna has extensive experience coaching teams and groups, from boards to C-Suite executives and their teams. She brings global experience in healthcare, higher education, logistics, transportation, government, hospitality, technology, and consulting. She is known for her extensive work with Harvard Manage Mentor to design customized leadership development programs. Loubna holds a doctorate in organizational leadership with an emphasis on leadership change and sustainability. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Certified Master Practitioner in Neurolinguistic Programming. She is the co-founder of Mind Market Consulting and currently serves as President of the International Coach Federation in South Florida. Loubna also supports the Humanitarian Coaching Network which offers leadership programs in less developed countries. Her passion for leadership development has positioned her training programs at the Top 10 by Training Magazine, the Association for Talent Development, and American Healthcare Association. She has provided coaching and training for leaders and teams with proven outcomes. She partners with leaders to problem solve, get to the root cause, and identify solutions that are practical, measurable, and sustainable. Loubna lives in Miami, Florida with her husband and two girls. She has a dream of supporting 100+ orphans from Africa through college and career transitions.
