Biography

Dr. Nimblett-Clarke is a Certified Physician Assistant with more than 20 years of Pediatric clinical experience. In August 2018, she joined the Physician Assistant program faculty, as a principal faculty and is excited to continue her academic career here at Barry University. She holds a degree in Physician Assistant from Howard University and a Master’s of Science and Doctorate of Medical Science (Concentration in Educational Leadership) from A.T.Still University. As a Physician Assistant, she has practiced primarily in the District of Columbia and Maryland in her specialty area, which is Pediatrics. Dr. Nimblett-Clarke has had the opportunity to work with a diverse group of pediatric patients. Clinical interest includes Adolescent medicine and psychosocial issues.  Dr. Nimblett-Clarke is passionate about student learning and assessment. Dr. Nimblett-Clarke’s Capstone project was titled “Classroom Assessment Techniques in Physician Assistant Education: Improving Learning Gains”.  She was awarded the 2021 Capstone Award of Excellence from A.T.Still University.
