Biography
Professor Richards is a board-certified Physician Assistant with experience in outpatient internal medicine/adult primary care. She graduated cum laude from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Laboratory Science. Professor Richards graduated with highest honors from Nova Southeastern University and has been inducted to both the Alpha Eta Society as well as Pi Alpha National Honor Society for Physician Assistants. She also received the Chancellor’s Award from Nova Southeastern University for scholarship, leadership, integrity, humanity, and loyalty to the profession. Professor Richards is licensed to practice medicine in the state of Florida and the state of Utah and maintains NCCPA certification. Her areas of interest include preventative health, high risk breast cancer screening, hematology, and women’s health.
