Biography

Jill earned Bachelor of Arts degrees in Communication and Spanish Language and Literature from North Carolina State University and built a successful career in the financial services industry. After 16 years in finance, she pursued a Master of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from Barry University and became an occupational therapist. Jill is currently working on her post-professional doctorate, with anticipated graduation in May 2022.  Jill has clinical experience in outpatient pediatric therapy, adult inpatient and acute care, and cranial remodeling in infants. She works with children in the home and private school settings, and she works per diem at Mount Sinai Medical Center.  Jill is an ABC Certified Fitter-orthotics (CFo) and a member of AOTA and FOTA.  She grew up in Staten Island, NY, and moved to Miami in 2006, where she currently resides with her four children.
