Biography

Dr. Katsiaryna Matusevich leads the Human Resource Development graduate program. Her research focuses on exploring a link between organizational environment and employee well-being. In her studies, she has explored the role that situational and dispositional factors including organizational culture, leadership, social support, organizational support, psychological safety, and self-efficacy may play in promoting work-related flow in employees. She brings wealth of training, coaching, and consulting experience. She has partnered with numerous organizations to develop leaders using scientific research and has provided executive coaching and leadership development solutions to national industry-leading companies in homebuilding, healthcare, financial services, and fashion. She completed Brain-based Coaching training at the Neuroleadership Institute and is a Results Trained Coach. She is also an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation. She holds Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument and Extended DISC certifications.
