
Biography
Dr. Linda Wunder is an Associate Professor at Barry University College of Health and Wellness. Dr. Wunder is a certified registered nurse anesthetist who specializes in simulation instruction of nontechnical skills, simulator development for regional anesthesia, neuropathways for pain, and multimodal anesthesia. August 2023, Dr. Wunder was inducted as a Fellow of the American Association of Nurse anesthesiology (FAANA). Dr. Wunder received the American Association of Nurse Anesthetist (AANA) doctoral fellow award for her dissertation research of non-technical skills evaluation in anesthesia crisis management. Dr. Wunder served in past leadership positions including chair of Florida International University Nurse Anesthetist Program, director for Florida Association of Nurse Anesthetists (FANA), foundation advocate for AANA for Florida, and chief anesthetist for Memorial West Hospital in south Florida. She has been a speaker in numerous local, national, and international presentations on non-technical skills and multimodal pain management. Dr. Wunder is a reviewer for the AANA Journal.
