What is your favorite location on campus?
My favorite place on campus is the campus mall. It’s very beautiful and just pleasing to look at.
What do you love about Barry?
What I absolutely love about Barry is its diversity. In just two semesters of attending the University, I’ve been exposed to so many different people of all backgrounds and cultures and the fact that I’ve been exposed to such a wide variety of new people is absolutely beautiful.
Why are you a Student Ambassador?
I am an ambassador because I am committed to making the most of my experience here at Barry, and I see that being an ambassador has been a great way to give back to my school community - being around greatness continually inspires me to be great and that embodies what it means to be an ambassador. I hope to help students see all that Barry has done for me and for my life, and hopefully aid them in seeing all that Barry University could potentially do for them as well as their view of the world.
Are you involved on campus?
Apart from being a student ambassador, I am a Barry Stamps Scholar, Vice President of Public Relations in the Resident Housing Association, and I am a Senator in the Student Government Association (SGA).
What are your future plans?
In the future, I hope to travel abroad to Europe and pursue teaching the English language to foreigners. I also hope to keep my passion for writing alive by publishing books. Fun fact, I am in the process of writing my first ever book called “With Grief Came Gardens.”
