BarryU Thrive Mission is to empower students through peer education and campus-wide engagement to make responsible decisions that promote physical, mental and emotional health.
Learning Outcomes:
- Participants will develop skills and knowledge in the seven dimensions of the wellness wheel.
- Participants will achieve a higher level of satisfaction in the seven dimensions of the wellness wheel.

- Participants will improve their overall wellbeing.
General Information of the Program:
- 8-week course based on a set Wellness Curriculum
- Content will be created in collaboration with experts within the University community
- Each week a key aspect of the wellness wheel will be covered in an engaging manner.
- Each week will also include an activity for them to participate in and practice the skills that they learned.
- Incentives for participation – (dining dollars for attendance, prizes)
- Certificate will be given for all participants who attend all sessions.
