The Monsignor William Barry Memorial Library is located in the center of the beautiful Miami Shores campus of Barry University. The Library is named in loving memory of Monsignor William Barry, one of the founders of Barry University and an inspirational figure in the Catholic Church within the Archdiocese of Miami. The extensive Library research collections include more than 950,000 physical items, over 40,000 print and on-line journal subscriptions, and several thousand on-line books and streaming video resources.

We are an NCAA Division II school and a member of the Sunshine State Conference with 12 varsity teams, including men's baseball, basketball, golf, soccer and tennis; and women's basketball, golf, rowing, soccer, softball, tennis and volleyball. So far, we've won 24 NCAA championships, had 338 All-Americans, 413 Scholar All-Americans, and nine NCAA "Women of the Year" finalists, the most of any Division II school. Not bad at all, but we're going for more.

BarryACCESS, Barry University’s Inclusive Access program, provides students with convenient and affordable access to required digital textbooks, workbooks, courseware, and other learning resources.
If your course participates in BarryACCESS, your materials will be available at the beginning of the semester through the BibliU Library tab in Canvas. There is no need to purchase the materials separately or wait for delivery.
The cost of your BarryACCESS materials will be placed on your student account as a Course Book Fee (CBF). These materials are not free. Students who remain enrolled in the program will retain access to the materials and will be responsible for the charge on their account.
If none of your courses participate in BarryACCESS, you will not receive a BarryACCESS charge.
Participation in BarryACCESS is optional. If you prefer to obtain your materials independently, you must opt out through the BibliU Library tab in Canvas before the applicable deadline.
After you opt out:
Opt-outs and refunds cannot be processed after the applicable deadline.
Please note that Law School programs are exempt from BarryACCESS.
BarryACCESS gives students immediate access to required course materials through Canvas while providing transparent pricing and the flexibility to opt out before the deadline.
